Many people struggle to complete disability benefit forms because of:
Prudence helps translate lived experience into clear, structured answers, that match PIP assessment standards.
Prudence asks simple, open-ended questions about daily challenges in a calm and respectful way.

It identifies important details and organises them clearly without changing your meaning.

Prudence creates paragraphs that match PIP assessment language, which you can review with a support worker.

Millions of people rely on disability benefits, yet the process is complex and emotionally difficult.
In England and Wales alone, over 3.7 million people receive Personal Independence Payment, and demand for advice services continues to rise.
At the same time, nearly 9 in 10 UK charities report increased demand for their services, while staff and volunteers are already overstretched.
Prudence helps by reducing the time spent on repetitive explanation and form-filling.
It enables claimants to describe their own circumstances clearly, so charity workers can focus on reviewing and supporting rather than triaging and drafting responses.

Prudence is currently being tested as a public-service tool for charities and individuals completing PIP forms.
We are looking for partners, feedback, and pilot organisations.
